Beach Shacks

One of the things that makes Tuross Head extra special is the collection of original cottages that dot the sleepy streets. Just think what you could do with some of these gems. It reminds me of the pastel line up at Hyams Beach Seaside Cottages. Definitely worth a visit next time you are cruising the South Coast of NSW.

  4. The mugs I bought in Narooma were purchased on the way back to Melbourne from an excellent holiday with excellent friends who have a house in the SAME STREET as the mauve Pelican house. Do you know my excellent friends? That end of Tuross is gorgeous. And the lake. The little cafes with the terrible service by the lake. Gorgeous spot.

  5. Great photos Briar. There is an informative Tuross Head community website that might offer readers a context to where these delightful cottages are. Tuross is a sleepy little village that is well worth a visit if you happen to be driving by www.turosshead.org
